Rapeseed oil, smoked and salted cod roe (27%) (cod roe (25%), salt), Aquitaine caviar (10%) (sturgeon roes (Acipenser baerii), salt), water, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, salt, yeast), concentrated lemon juice, preservative : E211. This product can contain tracks of shellfish.

Sturia tarama with caviar is a delicious blend of two exceptional products: cod roes and sturgeon roes. The crunchy caviar roes roll in the mouth, releasing a subtle iodine aroma which bring out the tarama creamy texture.
