Le chef Michael Wignall est l'un des chefs les plus respectés du Royaume-Uni et a obtenu des étoiles Michelin dans toutes les cuisines qu'il a dirigées depuis qu'il a reçu sa première étoile en 1993. Aujourd'hui, c'est The Angel à Hetton que vous le retrouverez. Un restaurant étoilé Michelin installé dans une auberge du XVe siècle, pour le plus grand plaisir des habitants du magnifique village des Yorkshire Dales. La première fois que le chef a goûté du caviar, il était bien jeune !

Chef Michael Wignall is one of the most respected chefs in the United Kingdom, and has earned Michelin stars in every kitchen that he has run since receiving his first star in 1993. Today, you'll find him in The Angel at Hetton, a Michelin star restaurant set in a 15th century inn, much to the delight of the locals in this beautiful Yorkshire Dales village. This chef was quite young the first time he tasted caviar!
